For the Hacıömeroğlu İnşaat project located in
Bostancı, we undertook the decoration work to create a modern and aesthetically
pleasing living space. As Öz Yapı Dekorasyon, we carried out flooring,
ceiling, painting, furniture, and general decoration applications with
meticulous planning and precision.
Details of the Decoration Work
Flooring Applications
The flooring solutions prioritized durability, aesthetics, and functionality.
Materials chosen to align with the project’s overall concept added warmth to
the space while ensuring long-lasting use. Parquet flooring was used in living
areas, while waterproof and easy-to-clean ceramic tiles were applied in wet areas.
Ceiling Applications
The ceiling designs aimed to create a modern and spacious look. Gypsum board
and suspended ceiling systems were used to add aesthetic depth to the spaces.
Integrated lighting systems were installed in the ceilings to optimize light
distribution, enhancing both the visual appeal and comfort of the interiors.
Painting Works
Painting applications featured color tones selected to bring brightness and a
sense of spaciousness to the interiors. Eco-friendly and long-lasting paints
were used, meeting high standards in both aesthetics and health. Warm and

Furniture and Decoration
